From an Intern to CEO: Natasha Razmoska’s Unplanned Journey of Leadership, Growth & Building Businesses That Matter

How Natasha Razmoska leveraged her first internship opportunity at BizzBee Solutions to become a leader, CEO and later co-founder of BusinessPulse OS to help businesses see the challenges they can’t.

The Beginning: A Student Looking for Experience, Not a Leadership Title

Most successful careers do not begin with a perfect plan.

Some people have a straight line from the start. They know what industry they want to go into, what position they want to attain, what they need to do. But for many entrepreneurs and business leaders, the journey develops through unexpected opportunities, challenges, and decisions made along the way.

Natasha Razmoska’s story belongs to the second category.

Becoming a CEO was never a fixed ambition she had written down years before. When she was studying Electronic Business at the Faculty of Economics in Macedonia and pursuing her MBA, her immediate goal was much simpler: to gain practical experience and understand how businesses actually operate outside academic theory.

Like many students entering the professional world for the first time, Natasha was searching for an opportunity where she could learn, contribute, and understand the realities of business.

That opportunity was through an internship at BizzBee Solutions.

At that time, Natasha had no years of professional experience and no history of leadership. She was not coming into the company as a know-it-all. She was a young professional walking into a totally new environment, eager to observe, learn and understand how businesses create value.

It would eventually become the first chapter of a much bigger story from an internship that would take her from learning the basics of business operations to becoming the CEO of the same organization.

The Internship That Changed How Natasha Saw Business

The biggest learning curve is often when you leave university and enter the professional world. Classrooms give you knowledge; businesses give you context.

At BizzBee Solutions, Natasha got to see the business side of things working with clients, understanding projects, observing the team at work, and seeing how decisions impact real results.

She learned from experience that successful businesses aren’t built on ideas alone.

Behind every growing company, there are systems, processes, people, communication, and consistent execution.

Natasha’s internship showed her how business runs from the inside. She learned that every client relationship requires trust, every project requires ownership, and every successful outcome requires teamwork.

These lessons were important stepping stones to her future leadership style.

The internship was more than just a professional experience. It was about nurturing curiosity, learning how companies solve problems, how leaders make decisions and how teams work together toward common goals.

Upon completion of her internship, Natasha was offered a full-time position at BizzBee Solutions.

Natasha had been at BizzBee Solutions for two years and knew the company, its clients, its projects and its internal workings well.

That experience prepared her for her next step, when she was offered the role of Project Manager, with greater responsibility for managing client projects, supporting teams and ensuring work was delivered effectively.

The Moment When Responsibility Arrived Before Confidence

Natasha worked as a Project Manager where she was responsible for managing client projects, supporting teams, and ensuring that work was completed efficiently. At that point, she was focused on doing her role well. She was not thinking about becoming CEO. But opportunities to lead often arise in times of change

Natasha returned to BizzBee just as the company was undergoing a huge transition. Both of her managers left the organization around the same time, creating a situation where stronger ownership and leadership were needed.

During this period, Natasha was visible in her understanding of the company and in her ability to take responsibility. Her managers felt that she was capable of handling more responsibilities and recommended her to Dancho Dimkov, founder of BizzBee Solutions.

That trust was a major turning point for Natasha’s career. Her career over the years showed a steady increase in responsibility:

Career Stage Position
Beginning Intern at BizzBee Solutions
Professional Growth Project Manager
Leadership Development Chief Operating Officer
Current Role CEO, BizzBee Solutions

But becoming a leader was not just about getting a new title. It was a total change of perspective. Natasha was a project manager for implementation plans. As CEO, she took charge of setting direction. Her decisions would affect employees, clients, partners, and the company’s future growth.

Becoming CEO: Learning to Lead Through Uncertainty

When I stepped into the CEO role, it was a whole other level of responsibility. Dancho Dimkov was BizzBee’s public face until Natasha took over as CEO. He had built the company, made the connections, and been the public face of the organization.

When Natasha stepped into leadership, she was thrust into a role that required visibility, decision-making and confidence. She had questions, like many leaders stepping into a new role.

  • Would people trust her decisions?
  • Could she measure up to the expectations?
  • Was she prepared for all the responsibilities of the job?

But over time, Natasha learned one of the most important lessons of leadership: You rarely feel completely ready before taking a bigger responsibility. Confidence is not something that always comes first.

It is often created through experience. Natasha already had years of knowledge that she had built step by step. She understood BizzBee’s clients, internal processes, team dynamics, and challenges because she had experienced the company from different positions.

The CEO role was new, but the foundation behind it was already there. Her journey proved that leadership doesn’t build in a day. It is developed over years of learning, owning it and being ready to step up when the opportunity is there.

Understanding the Real Problems Behind Business Growth

As CEO of BizzBee Solutions, Natasha also had the opportunity to work directly with businesses across different sectors and markets. The company has worked with hundreds of organisations over the years in their B2B outreach, lead generation and business development initiatives.

In these meetings, conversations and projects, Natasha started to see a pattern emerge. Many businesses approached BizzBee with a similar expectation  they wanted more leads, more opportunities, and faster growth. On the surface, it looked like a sales challenge. But more often, Natasha, after digging into their businesses, would find that the real problem was elsewhere.

It was not always about getting more customers. Sometimes companies were struggling because they lacked the internal structure to support growth.

A company might be generating more leads, but if the processes are murky, teams aren’t aligned, or follow-ups are sporadic, then those opportunities won’t deliver the desired outcomes.

Over time, Natasha realised that many businesses were trying to solve visible problems while ignoring the deeper issues underneath.

Some common challenges she observed included:

What businesses often believed What was actually happening
“We need more leads.” Sales processes were not structured properly.
“Our team is not performing well.” Roles and responsibilities were unclear.
“Growth has slowed down.” Internal systems were not ready to scale.
“We need better results.” Business decisions were not based on complete visibility.

This experience changed Natasha’s perspective on business growth. She realised that sustainable growth is not only about creating more opportunities. It’s also about building a solid foundation that enables businesses to manage those opportunities efficiently.

A business might gain more customers, but if the business can’t handle the internal operations to support that growth, the same success can become a hindrance. This insight formed the basis of a bigger idea.

Building BusinessPulse OS: Helping Businesses Find What They Cannot See

BusinessPulse OS is not based on a theoretical business model. This came from years of watching real businesses, comprehending their struggles, and seeing the same patterns over and over again.

Together with Dancho Dimkov, Natasha started exploring a question: What if businesses could get to know the real reason for their challenges before trying to fix them?

That question eventually led to the development of BusinessPulse OS. In June 2026, BusinessPulse OS was launched to help small and medium-sized businesses understand their internal challenges in a range of operational areas.

The platform focuses not on isolated business issues but on the interdependence of different aspects of a company. Sometimes, a sales challenge is not a sales problem.

It could be related to:

  • Ineffective processes
  • Ownership is uncertain
  • Lack of communication between teams
  • Poor operating systems
  • Lack of business strategy

Likewise, a company that is not growing might not require more marketing activity. It may need better systems, clearer processes, stronger internal alignment first.

BusinessPulse OS aims to help founders and business leaders step back, analyse their organisation, and understand where improvements can create the biggest impact.

For Natasha, the purpose is not to tell businesses what they should do. It is to help them understand the right questions to ask. Because better decisions usually begin with better understanding.

Building Two Businesses at the Same Time: The Reality Behind the Vision

Today, Natasha carries the responsibility of leading two different businesses — BizzBee Solutions and BusinessPulse OS.

Both companies have the same purpose of making businesses stronger, but they are at different stages of development entirely.

BizzBee Solutions is a well-established company with years of experience, international clients and an existing team structure. Focus on quality, customer support and sustainable development.

BusinessPulse OS is new territory, however. It means building it from the ground up, iterating on the product, understanding what the market needs, creating awareness and creating a new way of doing business.

Managing both companies has been one of the biggest challenges of my leadership journey,” says Natasha. The duties are different, and both require attention. We have existing business with commitments at BizzBee, so decisions have consequences. At BusinessPulse OS, decisions are the basis for something new.

Sometimes Natasha would complete her daily work at BizzBee and continue working on BusinessPulse OS, thinking about strategy, market positioning, customer needs and the future of the platform.

It requires discipline, prioritisation, and the ability to switch between maintaining an existing organisation and building a new one.

However, Natasha sees a strong connection between both businesses.

How Natasha’s Leadership Style Has Changed Over Time

Every leader develops through experience.

For Natasha, one of the biggest changes in her leadership approach has been the way she thinks about decision-making. Early in her career, she thought being a good leader meant being able to solve problems quickly.

Fast response was an important leadership skill. However, Natasha discovered that with larger responsibilities, speed isn’t always the best answer.

Acting fast may fix the problem now but may cause bigger problems down the road. As she practised, she began to see beyond the present circumstances. Before making important decisions, she asks herself: “What will this decision look like three months from now?” That simple question changed the way she approaches leadership.

Natasha doesn’t see leadership as having every answer right away. It’s about knowing the situation, thinking through the consequences, and making choices that will help the future grow.

The Mindset Behind Natasha’s Approach to Growth

Natasha acknowledges that professional experience was a significant factor in her career, but she also believes that personal mindset influences how people tackle challenges and seize opportunities.

She doesn’t think there’s a single success formula. • Every entrepreneur has a different background, different challenges and a different path. Natasha finds inspiration in multiple experiences and perspectives, rather than following just one role model.

Her thinking has been influenced by many sources, including books by Rhonda Byrne, such as The Secret, The Power and The Magic. The concepts of gratitude, perspective and possibility thinking inspired her to look at challenges differently.

For Natasha, positive thinking doesn’t mean ignoring problems. It means seeing challenges but still believing solutions are there.

This mindset affects how she works with clients, leads teams and makes business decisions. Rather than just thinking about what is missing, she tries to find out what can be improved and what opportunities there are.

Looking Ahead: The Future of BusinessPulse OS

For Natasha, the future of BusinessPulse OS is built around a simple observation: Many business owners know they have a challenge. They just do not always know the real reason behind it.

A founder may feel that growth has slowed down.

A team may feel overwhelmed.

A company may feel that operations have become complicated.

But without understanding the root cause, businesses often spend time and resources solving the wrong problem.

BusinessPulse OS is intended to be a tool that helps companies see clearly. The vision is to help small and medium-sized businesses in North Macedonia and beyond to better understand their operations, identify areas for improvement and make better choices.

It’s more than simply making recommendations. It helps companies get a better understanding of themselves. Because if companies know their challenges well, they can make better strategies for the future.

Final Thoughts: Leadership Is Built Through Experience, Not Titles

Natasha Razmoska’s journey from intern to CEO is more than just a career growth story. It’s a story about learning, adapting and taking ownership when the opportunity is there.

Her experience shows that leadership isn’t about a title. It is built from years of understanding people, solving problems, making decisions and evolving.

A simple idea: From her first internship at BizzBee Solutions to creating BusinessPulse OS, Natasha’s journey is proof of this.

Great leaders are not always the ones who have everything planned from the start. Sometimes they are the ones willing to learn, accept challenges and keep moving forward.
